All tents are Delivery Only, and must be set up by an EveryDaye Rentals Staff member to ensure we follow proper safety protocols at every event. Pickup is strictly not available for tents.

Delivery:

All rented items will be delivered to the discussed designated area. Chairs and tables will be left neatly stacked and ready for setup. We do not set up unless it was discussed prior to delivery (additional cost). Electronic equipment will be tested, and acknowledged to be in working order before our staff departs.

Pickup:

All rented items will be picked up from the discussed designated area. Please stack chairs and tables neatly in preparation for pick-up (additional charges may apply if not neatly stacked for pickup). Electronic equipment will be tested, to determine the functional status of the equipment before we depart.

Rental Protection Plan: A 10% damage protection charge will automatically be added to your contract (unless declined). Damage protection will cover the first $150.00 of broken or damaged equipment and 50% of any additional damage or breakage. The remaining 50% will be the customer’s responsibility. If the damage protection is declined. The customer is responsible of the full cost of replacement, and/or fixing of the equipment. The Damage Protection option is not insurance and does not cover the following:

• Theft
• Rental items not returned
• Damage resulting from vandalism
• Damage resulting from failure to secure rental items during transport, overloading, or exceeding the rated capacity of the rental items;
• Damage to motors or other electronic appliances or devices caused by artificial current;
• Any damage resulting from overturning;
• Any damage resulting from the use of the rental items in violation of any provision of this agreement of violation of the law, ordinance, or regulation
• Any damage due to weather
• Any damage to third-party sub rental items or specialty linens.

In the case you would like to cancel your order, please call or send an email to communicate the cancellation. Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy will apply:

• 25% down payment due at checkout is nonrefundable
  If cancelled within 20 days 50% of all items will be charged. Orders will be updated to 0.5 billable days.
  If cancelled with 10 days of the event 75% of all items will be charged. Orders will be updated to 0.75 billable days
  If truck is already loaded (trucks get loaded the night before delivery) and any item, or whole order is canceled there is still a 100% charge.

We are promising this equipment to you and missing out on the opportunity to rent it to someone else. Our charges are non-negotiable.

Delivery is not included in the cart but is calculated afterwards based on your event location. When calculating the delivery fee, many factors are taken into consideration; staff usage, labor, and distance traveled being a few. Delivery is $4/mile from our Main location in Newtown, CT (minimum of $50). All items except for tents and their accessories are available for pick-up.

*Extra fees may be incurred for undisclosed encumbrances to a safe and timely the delivery

Yes, you are able to make changes or cancellations to your reservation. We have a clear cancellation policy that will be followed (see above) but we always try to be reasonable when it comes to minor changes in what you need for the event. We cannot go outside our cancellation policy but we love an opportunity to make a customer happy.

We are located in Newtown, CT but can deliver all across the great state of Connecticut.

If you damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in your possession then we will first look at your agreement and go from there. If you have a rental protection plan (which we recommend for every customer) then the first $150 is covered and then the remainder is 50% your responsibility. If you are not covered by that plan then you are responsible for the full cost of replacement and/or repair (if possible) to get it to the same state as before you rented it.
